The video tour concept is an extremely cost effective
and efficient means of allowing a worldwide audience
to
walk through the property you have just listed or the
hotel / resort you are marketing. Walk through video
provides
a sensory-rich experience,delivering information in a
manner that mimics actually walking through the property,
hotel or facility that is impossible for other formats
to replicate. Without actually visiting the property
in
person there is simply no better way to illustrate the
flow of the property, hotel suite, cruise ship or
resort
etc. Clients are able to view the realistic relationship
of one room with another as the camera moves through
allowing
them to preview the property from the comfort of their
home of office any time of the day or night, any
day of
the year. Magazines and newspapers can't do that.
There are enormous benefits for real estate agents who
are under increasing pressure to provide their vendors
and buyers with a more efficient and cost effective service.
Walk through videos can save a significant amount of quality
time. Real estate agents can take potential buyers through
several properties in the comfort of the buyers home or
office using high resolution CD's (or archived onto the
hard drive) on a laptop computer or desktop PC. Alternatively
potential buyers can view the walk through videos in the
agents office on a PC or flat screen TV.
Either way there's no need to arrange appointments with
several vendors, synchronise schedules and negotiate the
traffic all on the off chance that the property will appeal
to the potential buyer. Buyers who are reluctent to visit
properties in (especially in bad weather) can view several
properties on CD Rom and take home a copy of the properties
that interest them. Vendors in turn will be under less
pressure to to open their home unnecessarily as the potential
buyers will have pre qualified themselves. |
