cd/dvd printing: place an order

  1. Mail your Stepthru Purchase Order to our Chatswood office together with your master CD / DVD.
  2. Upload your disc artwork (specifications) to our FTP site. Your disc artwork can be emailed if it is under 3mb.
    Please follow these guidelines for submitting artwork via FTP
    Create a new folder and name this folder "Your Company name - Artwork". Place your FINAL artwork and Purchase Order in this folder. Upload this folder to our FTP site.
    Please follow these guidelines for submitting artwork via email
    Place your Company Name & Purchase Order number in the subject title of the email message.
    In the body of the email include your name & contact telephone number and a brief description of the order. Alternatively attach your Purchase Order together with your artwork.
    If your artwork file is larger than 3mb please compress it.
  3. We will email you an invoice and a digital PDF proof of your artwork for you to sign off. When you sign off the PDF proof and authorize us to commence production we require 50% down payment of the total due in the invoice.
  4. Production will commence once we have received your payment, artwork sign off, and completed Purchase Order.
  5. Your replication order will be delivered within 10 working days from receipt of all of the above unless stated otherwise in our correspondence with you – certain packing jobs require more time.
